The project required installing millions of feet of fiber-optic cable on existing utility poles, followed by precision splicing and comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure every connection met strict performance standards.

The Solution

The ASI provided end-to-end construction services for this large-scale deployment. Our scope included aerial fiber installation across the service territory, splicing all fibers to the provider’s specifications, and conducting bidirectional testing to verify connectivity and signal quality.

A project of this scale required significant workforce management. We hired and trained qualified technicians, implemented rigorous daily safety protocols, and coordinated access to residential properties across diverse neighborhoods. Each completed section was documented with detailed as-built packages reflecting any field modifications.

ASI successfully installed over 10 million feet of fiber optic cable, spliced and tested to specification, and delivered comprehensive completion documentation to the client. The project brought high-speed fiber connectivity to hundreds of thousands of homes across the region.
